Booking Management / CO-hosting 

I've partnered with my lifelong friend, Craig Kropa, of Final Touch Property Management LLC, to bring you expert management for your vacation rental. Craig believes his job as a co-host is to ensure his properties receive 5 star ratings while making the owners he works with as much money as possible. Together, we will take the hassle out of managing your short-term rental, allowing you to enjoy the benefits without the day-to-day responsibilities. Importantly, you will still retain full access to use your home whenever you wish.

Our co-hosting service will be offered at a transparent fee of 10% of the host payout for each rental. You will receive a single bill from me (Kyle) after each rental, and your card on file will be charged accordingly.

We can make adjustments to your listing to optimize the Airbnb and VRBO algorithms to make your listing stand out on the booking site and increase views from potential guests.

• 24/7 Emergency Support: We will be on call around the clock to handle any guest emergencies that may arise, providing peace of mind for both you and your guests.

• Dynamic Rate Optimization: We will continuously monitor market trends and adjust your listing rates to maximize your occupancy and revenue potential during periods when you are not using your vacation home.

• Up-to-Date Listing Photos: We will ensure your listing features current and appealing photos that accurately showcase your property. We are connected to local photographers ready to be hired to make your listing photos pop with aerial views and even video tours.
