Kyle Blessing pf Blessing Property Management was our property manager for our cottage in Brantingham from Dec 2020 to August 2021.  He was very capable, understanding, and easy to work with while managing our property.  Kyle was reliable and quickly responsive to any of our texts to him.  Living nearby, he readily drove to the cottage to check on multiple things or to manage or complete minor repairs.  On his own Kyle let us know if our wood supply was running low.  He then hired a firewood company to deliver the wood and stacked the wood in the wood shed.  He picked up debris from the trees whenever he checked the cottage, cleaned the waterfront in the spring, hired window cleaners in the spring, and in July was able to recommend a person who was available to rebuild the entire septic system one week prior to a major holiday.  Kyle knows most of the specialized tradesmen in the area and is able to recommend high quality workers.( ex.-electricians, tree removal experts, plumber, etc.)  Kyle stopped being our property manager this past August due to an injury.  We have recommended Kyle to our friends and family in the area and will continue to recommend him as a manager in the future.
